Free International Shipping
Every order placed at Pitch Relics qualifies for free international shipping, regardless of order value, destination, or the number of items ordered. There are no hidden fees. The price displayed at checkout is the total price you pay — nothing more is added at any stage.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

All timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimated delivery windows; actual delivery may be faster. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at support@pitchrelics.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Pitch Relics ships internationally from our fulfilment centre. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are entirely outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you are concerned about potential import fees. For most destinations including the EU, UK, US, UAE, and Australia, our orders typically clear customs without additional charges — but we cannot guarantee this for every shipment.
Pitch Relics is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred during customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@pitchrelics.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately. In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your full and correct delivery address is entered at checkout, including any apartment, floor, or suite numbers. If you realise an error has been made, contact us immediately at support@pitchrelics.com. We will do our best to amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (refused delivery, incorrect address, uncollected from depot), we will contact you by email. You may choose to have the item reshipped (free of charge) or receive a full refund less any return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier.
