Yes. Every single order ships free to anywhere in the world, with no minimum order value. There are no hidden shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Standard free shipping typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. US and UK customers usually receive orders in 5–8 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need it faster.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to every country in the world.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For most major destinations (US, UK, EU, UAE, Australia), orders typically clear customs without additional charges. However, import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs authority and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local regulations if you are concerned.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Email returns@pitchrelics.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Follow the returns process and note the size you'd like instead. We'll send your replacement free of charge once we receive your return, subject to availability.

Are these official licensed jerseys?
No. Our jerseys are high-quality retro replicas. They are not official licensed products of any football federation, national team, or governing body.
What sizes do you offer?
We stock S, M, L, XL, and 2XL in all kits.
What are the jerseys made from?
100% breathable polyester with an embroidered national crest. Blank — no name or number on the back, exactly as the historical originals.
How do I care for my jersey?
Machine wash cold (30°C). Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the badge. Wash inside out.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@pitchrelics.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
