Your Right to Cancel (EU / UK Customers)
If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is in addition to our standard 30-day returns policy.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at returns@pitchrelics.com.
Our 30-Day Returns Policy
We extend our returns window to 30 days from the date of delivery for all customers worldwide. Items must be:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- In their original packaging where possible
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or that have had their tags removed.
Free Returns
Return shipping is completely free for all customers. We will provide a prepaid return label upon request. You do not need to pay anything to return an item to us.
How to Return
- Email returns@pitchrelics.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label
- Drop the parcel at any authorised post office or courier collection point
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following timeframes after we confirm receipt of your return:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size, please follow the returns process above and note the size you require. Subject to availability, we will dispatch your replacement free of charge once your return is received.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@pitchrelics.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photograph of the fault or incorrect item
We will arrange a free collection and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days without prior written agreement from us
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items with tags removed
- Personalised or custom-printed items (unless faulty)
Consumer Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. In the UK, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In the EU, your rights are protected under applicable EU consumer protection legislation. These rights apply regardless of anything stated in this policy.
